The main man, the Godfather of Gears - call him what you like, if this man can't help you, no-one can. Neil has been working on gearboxes for over 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of all things transmission related, and is an out and out car fanatic.
Claire Waterhouse
Wife of the above. Office manager, cleaner, purveyor of coffee and maestro of the parts wash.
The Hounds
If you have been into the workshop you may have seen (definitely heard) one or more of the dogs.
Dave is the original All Gears mascot, a Jack Russell, Stanley is a sprocker, Colin a cocker, and Wendy is a whippet cross. Life is never dull when theyre around..
